Why do we most-dominantly use the King James Version?

We use the Authorized (AV) or King James Version to preach and reference beacause it also features 14 other Books that were in the Original 1611 King James Bible! (These Books are also part of the LXX, see "What is the Septuagint and Latin Vulgate Bible?" below for more information.)

What does it mean to be "perfect" as described in the Holy Scriptures?

It means to be complete.

Strong's Exhaustive Concordance words it like this:

From 5056; complete (in various applications of labor, growth, mental and moral character, etc.); neuter (as noun, with 3588) completeness -- of full age, man, perfect.

What is the Septuagint and The Latin Vulgate Bible?

The Septuagint is a translation of the Tanakh - תנ״ך (The Hebrew Bible) into Greek. It is also known as the LXX. It has 53 books in total, all being Old Testament Books. Jesus Christ (our LORD and Saviour), The 12 Apostles of Jesus Christ, Paul, and even the Early Church Fathers quote from this Bible!

The Latin Vulgate Bible is a Latin version of The Holy Bible. It has 81 books in total, contains both Old Testament & New Testament Books. The Douay-Rheims Bible is an english translation of The Latin Vulgate Bible.

Origin of The Bible?

The Bible is made from 2 Holy Scriptural Canons. The First is the Tanakh - תנ״ך (The Hebrew Bible) and the second is the Textus Receptus. The Tanakh is regarded as The Old Testament and the Textus Receptus is regarded as The New Testament. However, there are other Books not in the Biblical Canon known as the Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha. These Books are not present in the Tanakh or Textus Receptus. These Books are useful and good to read, some give us edification of The Holy Scriptures.
